3. Products and Availability

We offer **premium-quality wall art** that is pre-designed and ready for immediate production. Our products include:

  • Canvas prints (stretched on solid wooden frames).
  • Framed wall art in various sizes and finishes.
  • Posters printed on premium paper.

All images on the website are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in color and texture may occur due to screen differences and the nature of printing.

Customers purchasing framed prints can choose from available frame colors. Once an order is placed, it **cannot be changed or canceled** if the product has already entered the production phase.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the range of Products available on the Website at any time. If a Product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to choose an alternative Product or receive a full refund.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Framed Prints: 3-7 business days.

Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed. The Customer receives an order confirmation via email. Once production has started, the Order **cannot be modified or canceled**.

During peak seasons, such as holidays or sales events, production times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

6. Shipping and Delivery

The Seller offers **free worldwide shipping** for all orders. Estimated delivery times:

  • Spain: 3-5 business days.
  • EU Countries: 5-8 business days.
  • Worldwide: 8-15 business days.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.

6.2 Customs & Import Duties

The Customer is responsible for any customs charges incurred. The Seller **does not cover customs fees**, and failure to pay them may result in delays or order cancellation.

6.3 Delivery Issues

In rare cases, shipments may be delayed due to **external factors**, such as weather conditions, strikes, or customs delays. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third parties but will assist Customers in tracking their orders.

Upon delivery, the Customer is responsible for checking the package for any visible damages. If damage is found, the Customer should **refuse the package** or note the issue on the courier’s delivery form before signing.

For missing or delayed packages, the Customer should contact the Seller at admin@canvartin.com as soon as possible.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to return a product under **Spanish Consumer Law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007)** and the **EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU**.

7.1 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Returns Without Justification)

Customers within the **European Union** have the right to withdraw from their purchase within **14 days** of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

  • The product must be **unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging**.

7.3 Non-Returnable Items

Certain products **cannot be returned**, including:

8. Refunds

9. Lost or Undelivered Shipments
