App terms of use
The service
Canvartin is a planning app: planners, tasks, calendar and logs.
Plans and prices
First month free: no payment details and no auto-renewal. Once per person and per device.
During the free month a reminder is sent every 7 days with the days left.
If no plan is chosen when the free month ends, the records are kept and can be viewed; to add or change anything a plan must be chosen. Data can be requested or deleted at any time.
Standard: 16.99 € a year, with advertising only for Canvartin’s own products (paper planners). No third-party advertising is shown.
Premium: 49.99 € a year, no advertising, with printing, offline use, planner copies and sending your own ideas.
Prices include VAT.
Paid plans (Standard and Premium) renew automatically every year until cancelled.
They can be cancelled at any time: in the app (Account → Plan → Cancel subscription) or, if bought through Apple or Google, in that store’s subscription settings.
After cancelling, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.
Before each yearly renewal an email is sent with the date and the amount.
Payments
Payments are made through Stripe or through the app store (Apple or Google), depending on where the purchase is made.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).
The app subscription is a digital service: the 14-day period applies even if the app is already being used.
If the consumer expressly asks for the paid service to start during that period and then withdraws, a proportional amount for the part already provided may be due (art. 108 TRLGDCU).
To withdraw, use the “Withdraw from the contract here” option in the app or send a statement to the email above.
Paper planners are sold on Amazon; withdrawal is handled by Amazon under its policy.
Refunds
After withdrawal, all payments received are refunded within 14 calendar days of the withdrawal notice, by the same payment method and at no cost to the consumer (art. 107 TRLGDCU).
In-app purchases made with Apple or Google: the store handles the charge and the refund under its own procedure. The consumer’s statutory rights remain.
Paper planners are sold through Amazon (amazon.es and amazon.fr) and shipped only to Spain and France. Returns are free and refunds follow Amazon’s policy.
Legal guarantee: 3 years for goods and 2 years for digital content and services (TRLGDCU).
Users in other countries
Within the European Union, consumers keep the rights that the law of their country of residence does not allow to be excluded (art. 6 of the Rome I Regulation).
Outside the European Union, the consumer’s mandatory rights in their country are respected; for example, in the United States, state laws on automatic renewal, such as California’s.
The app is offered in all App Store and Google Play countries except Russia and Belarus.
Disputes
Complaints can be sent to admin@canvartin.com.
Canvartin is not a member of any consumer arbitration system or other alternative dispute resolution body.
Consumers can also contact the consumer services of their region. In Andalusia, the official complaints form (hoja de quejas y reclamaciones) can be requested at the email above.
Reward
After 30 days of using the app, one reward unlocks, once.
One of three is chosen: “Free month”, “Your own idea” or “15 days without ads”.
A day counts when some action is done in the app; just opening it is not enough.
The reward has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
User content
What the user writes belongs to them. Canvartin processes it only to provide the service.
Prohibited use
The app may not be used for unlawful purposes or to try to access other people’s data.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is shown in the app, with its date.
